Lyon 25mm Nylon (Polyamide) Sewn Sling
The Lyon Nylon Sling offer the climber exceptional value for money without any compromise to strength and handling. The shorter slings are ideal for use as Quickdraws when combined with two carabiners, and the longer ones are invaluable for setting up belays, throwing over spikes or wrapping around blocks when you’re out trad climbing.

Nylon slings have reliability second to none, with a longevity that will out last the thinner Dyneema tapes. But because Nylon slings are wider and made from a heavier material they weigh more. The good thing about a Nylon sling is that they give good visual re-assurance, which does help with confidence.

Our Nylon 25mm Textile Slings are the workhorse of our textile anchor selection. This option is fitted with a yellow textile oversleeve for enhansed protection from light abrasion, dirt etc.

The outer sleeve is made from a single piece of tubular nylon textile that is placed over the complete slng and bar tacked into position at one end. This bar tack prevents the accidental removal of the outer sleeve whilst still allowing movement for inspection.

The endless loop construction is manufactured from 25mm wide nylon webbing, sewn using a five bar computer controlled stitch pattern.

Used throughout the work and rescue sectors, these slings enable anchors to be quickly created around a variety of natural and artificial features.

Our webbing is specially selected to meet the strength, ease of handling and robustness required by professional users.
