The BISON ABS 4WHPL have been developed for abseiling rescue measures for 2 people.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

ABS 4WHPL are developed for the selfrescue of 2 persons simultaneously. The double brake system removes the force on the brakes and minimises the abrasion on the rope.

Both devices have a centrifugal brake which, during the descent process, keeps the device at a constant speed during the entire descent. The deviation point on the device keeps the descent speed regulated.

ABS 4WHPL has a rescue hoisting facility which utilises an integrated lifting function with a switchable reverse lock and is therefore the idea device for third party rescue of persons suspended in their Personal fall protection equipment following an arrested fall.

The switched-on reverse lock acts as a ratchet system to ensure that during a rescue, the casualty will only travel in an upward direction, therefore there is no danger of the casualty falling

The devices are fitted with a Ø10.5 mm kernmantle rope to your required length, with an aluminium carabiner or alumnium hook, double action, fixed eye hook at each end.
