Shipping Policy – FPR SUPPLY

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing time may be extended by an additional 1 day.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • FPR Supply partners with reputable shipping carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.

  • Depending on the destination and order weight, we may use express delivery, standard delivery, or truck/specialized freight services.

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking code will be sent to you via email or SMS.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold

  • Orders below the free-shipping threshold will be charged shipping fees based on distance, weight, and package size — clearly displayed before checkout.

  • Some bulky or heavy items (e.g., large cartons, pallets) may incur additional freight charges; the system will notify you at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days depending on the province/city.

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, carrier overload, or remote/island locations.

5. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International shipping fees, delivery times, and customs/tax requirements depend on each country’s regulations.

  • The recipient is responsible for any import taxes or customs fees (if applicable).

  • Please double-check your international shipping address before placing an order to avoid delays.

6. Address Requirements & Delivery Limitations

  • Please provide accurate and complete address details, including full name, phone number, ward/commune, district, and postal code (if available).

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

  • Delivery may be unavailable in remote areas or locations where COD is not supported.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delivery Issues

  • If the order is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please notify us within 48 hours so we can work with the carrier.

  • For damaged items upon delivery, please take clear photos of the product and packaging, and contact us within 24 hours.

  • In some cases, we may require the defective product to be returned for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.

  • For returns due to a change of mind, shipping fees will be covered by the customer.

  • If the issue is caused by FPR Supply (wrong item, defective item), we will cover the return/exchange shipping costs.
