Depending on the destination and order weight, we may use express delivery, standard delivery, or truck/specialized freight services.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold

If the order is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please notify us within 48 hours so we can work with the carrier.

For damaged items upon delivery, please take clear photos of the product and packaging, and contact us within 24 hours.
